Universities and its schools of medicine almost always seek to be included in the top in all rankings, but this only can be done through the efforts of their teachers, infraestructure and educational level, anyway the best letter of presentation of a university are their graduate professionals, make a ranking of medical schools is quite difficult since almost all are excellent.
